About Site Pal

Why Site Pal exists

On most projects, site records are written up at the end of the day or the end of the week — from memory, at a desk. That takes hours, and records written after the fact carry less weight when they're needed most: in a delay claim, a dispute or a handover.

Site Pal was built by a senior construction manager with 11 years' experience on tier-one UK construction projects to change that. Record what's happening while you're standing in front of it — from a photo or a few spoken words — and Site Pal turns it into a clear, professional record, ready to share.

What it does

Built for site teams

• Site, project and construction managers who need records done on site, not at night

• Main contractors and subcontractors who need consistent records across every project

• Commercial teams who need dated, located evidence they can rely on

• Works with no signal — capture underground or in the core, and it uploads when you're back online

Why trust it

Site Pal is independently built — no investors to please, no data to sell, just paying customers who keep it running. Every feature exists because it was needed on a real site, on a real deadline.

You own your records. Delete any project or entry whenever you like, and export everything as a PDF at any time. Want your whole account removed? You can delete it yourself from Account Settings.
